Calling Agent (Night Shift)

Torix Solutions is seeking motivated Calling Agents to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Johar Town, Lahore. This role involves making outbound calls to international customers primarily in the US and UK markets during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday). The main objective is to introduce our services, engage with decision-makers, and generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team. Compensation ranges from PKR 60,000 to 100,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the US and UK markets.
- Clearly and confidently present our services to potential clients.
- Address questions and objections professionally and effectively.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
- Accurately document call details and consistently meet daily call targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience in international campaigns, specifically targeting the UK or USA.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for international communication.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift aligned with US/UK business hours.
- Strong confidence, reliability, and resilience in handling rejection.
- Availability to work onsite in Lahore.
