Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Introduce company projects, properties, and investment opportunities to prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Build positive client relationships and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling calls and engaging with potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
