We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will engage with both potential and existing customers, providing detailed information about our services and products while maintaining accurate records of all interactions. This position demands excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads to generate interest and follow up on inquiries.
- Professionally answer incoming customer calls and respond promptly to their questions.
- Conduct research using available resources to gather necessary information for customers.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the organization’s services and products.
- Follow up on previous customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Complete detailed call notes and reports, updating them accurately in CRM and Privyr systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the public.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including proper grammar and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate closely with team members.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate sector to engage in informed discussions with clients.
Compensation and Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000. The role emphasizes direct communication and teamwork within the office setting, providing a supportive and professional atmosphere for growth.
