We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by continuously monitoring surveillance systems and responding promptly to any security incidents. This position requires dedication, strong observational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced security setting. The role operates Monday through Saturday and may require shift work to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to safeguard the premises.
- Identify, report, and escalate suspicious activities or security breaches immediately.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of incidents, observations, and shift activities.
- Coordinate with security personnel and relevant departments during emergencies to ensure swift response.
- Ensure all CCTV equipment is operational and report any technical malfunctions promptly.
- Retrieve and review CCTV footage as needed for investigations or management requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance data and company information.
- Adhere to company security policies, procedures, and reporting protocols consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, or a related security role.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, monitoring software, and security protocols.
- Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
- Good communication skills, including report writing.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
