Campus Ambassador

We Alif, an EdTech and career counseling company, is seeking motivated Campus Ambassadors across Pakistan to represent the brand within their university, college, or A-Level networks. This role involves promoting study-abroad opportunities, scholarship pathways, and university application support services to students. The position offers a flexible, commission-based structure, making it ideal for both freshers and experienced individuals who are enthusiastic about networking and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote awareness of We Alif within your educational institution and student communities.
- Refer interested students to We Alif using your personal and campus networks.
- Engage with classmates, student societies, and relevant groups to share information.
- Distribute approved content and program details through class groups and social media platforms.
- Generate leads through campus outreach, personal connections, and online channels.
- Follow up with prospective students to provide additional information and support.
- Collect feedback and insights from students to help improve services.
- Increase visibility of We Alif’s scholarship mentorship and university application assistance.
- Complete weekly outreach and engagement tasks as assigned by the team.
- Maintain professional and transparent communication with potential students.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in or connected to a university, college, or A-Level institution.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging with students and potential clients.
- Interest in marketing, sales, business development, and networking.
- Established personal or campus network to leverage for lead generation.
- Ability to use social media effectively for outreach and engagement.
- Good persuasion and follow-up abilities.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset.
