The Campus Ambassador Internship at MT Paperhub is a hybrid role based in Lahore, involving both on-campus promotion and remote coordination. The main objective is to boost brand awareness, grow the customer base, and drive sales of MT Paperhub’s educational resources among O/A Level and IGCSE students.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Promotion: Actively increase MT Paperhub’s visibility among students and within the educational institution.
- Sales & Order Generation: Secure orders from fellow students, encourage repeat purchases, and promote referrals.
- Order Coordination: Liaise between customers and the MT Paperhub team to ensure smooth order processing and clear communication.
- Institutional Outreach: Identify and pursue opportunities for bulk orders by engaging with teachers, school administration, and relevant departments.
- Marketing & Feedback: Distribute promotional materials, share detailed product information, and collect feedback from students to improve offerings.
- Social Media Content (Optional): Develop promotional content to enhance MT Paperhub’s presence on social media platforms.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on outreach efforts, potential leads, and sales generated to the MT Paperhub team.

As a campus ambassador, you will represent MT Paperhub within your institution, helping to expand the brand’s campus presence, build meaningful relationships, and convert awareness into tangible sales.

Required Qualifications

- Student Status: Currently enrolled as an O Level, A Level, or IGCSE student at a school or educational institution in Lahore.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence to promote the brand and engage with students, teachers, and school staff.
- Campus Connections: Ideally well-connected with classmates, teachers, school administration, or student societies to facilitate outreach.
- Availability & Responsibility: Mature, reliable, and able to balance ambassador duties alongside academic commitments.
- Device Requirements: Must own a smartphone with an active WhatsApp number for communication and order coordination. Access to a laptop is preferred.
- Sales & Initiative: Proactive and motivated, comfortable approaching potential customers and generating orders independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Additional Interests: An interest in marketing, entrepreneurship, or social media content creation is advantageous.
- Compensation: Earn a 10% commission on every order secured directly through your personal outreach and a 5% commission on website orders placed using your assigned promo code.
- Recognition: Upon satisfactory performance and completion of responsibilities, a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) is available upon request.
- Certification: Receive an internship certificate at the end of your tenure with MT Paperhub.
