Role Description The Campus Coordinator role at BANOQABIL SIALKOT is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore.

The Campus Coordinator will oversee daily campus operations, including scheduling classes, supporting trainers, and coordinating student registrations and attendance. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and organized learning environment. The Campus Coordinator will assist in implementing educational programs, supporting curriculum delivery, and coordinating events or workshops. The position also includes maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with management to ensure smooth execution of campus activities. Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, trainers, and staff.
Customer Service skills to provide responsive, respectful, and solution-focused support to learners and visitors.
Background or interest in Education and Training to support academic activities and learning initiatives.
Experience or familiarity with Curriculum Development to assist in organizing and implementing course structures.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with using office and educational technology tools.
Ability to work on-site full time in Lahore and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in education, management, administration, or a related field is preferred.
