The College of International Skills Development (CISD) is seeking a dynamic and experienced campus leader to oversee all academic and administrative functions at its Ravi Road Campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high educational standards. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for students, faculty, and staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing educational programs, managing resources efficiently, and promoting community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all academic and administrative activities on campus to ensure efficient operations and uphold quality education standards. Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at improving educational offerings and campus infrastructure. Oversee campus budgeting processes, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support institutional goals. Cultivate a positive and inclusive campus culture that prioritizes the well-being and growth of both students and staff. Establish and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to encourage collaboration and community involvement. Ensure compliance with relevant educational policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements. Evaluate and introduce new technologies and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience. Organize and actively participate in meetings, seminars, and events that highlight campus initiatives and achievements.

Required Qualifications

A proven track record with 6 to 10 years of experience in educational leadership or administration is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of academic operations, budgeting, and resource management. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required to successfully manage diverse teams and complex projects. The ability to foster a positive, collaborative campus environment is critical. Experience in strategic planning and its effective implementation is necessary to drive institutional growth. A Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Doctorate degree preferred. Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational management software are expected. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly are essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large teams and multidisciplinary projects is highly desirable. Previous work experience in a similar leadership role within an educational institution will be considered an advantage.
