Saylani Welfare International Trust is looking for a dedicated Campus Manager to lead the academic, operational, and administrative activities at its Kharian campus located in Sidh, near Kharian City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth campus operations, fostering student engagement, coordinating trainers, and maintaining high academic standards. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage multiple facets of the campus environment while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily campus operations to ensure an efficient and productive environment.
- Develop and manage academic schedules, optimizing classroom utilization.
- Conduct student orientation sessions and maintain a professional and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall academic engagement.
- Recruit, onboard, and coordinate trainers for IT and professional development courses.
- Organize workshops, seminars, certification ceremonies, and industry interaction sessions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and community organizations to support student recruitment and collaboration efforts.
- Track and analyze campus key performance indicators (KPIs) such as admissions, attendance, retention, and student satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management on operational planning and reporting.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of campus facilities and resources.
- Address and resolve concerns raised by students and trainers promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in educational administration, academic management, training coordination, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and experience managing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership over campus performance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience managing educational institutions, training centers, or university programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with admissions processes, outreach initiatives, and student engagement strategies.
