Saylani Welfare International Trust is looking for a dedicated Campus Manager to lead the academic, operational, and administrative activities at its Kharian campus located in Sidh, near Kharian City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day campus operations, fostering a professional learning environment, and maintaining high standards of academic quality. This role requires strong leadership to manage student engagement, coordinate trainers, and build partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations. The Campus Manager will also oversee outreach initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure effective utilization of campus resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily campus operations to ensure efficient functioning and a positive learning atmosphere.
- Develop and oversee academic schedules and optimize classroom utilization.
- Conduct student orientation sessions and maintain discipline and academic engagement.
- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and overall participation in campus activities.
- Recruit, onboard, and coordinate trainers for IT and professional development courses.
- Organize workshops, seminars, certification ceremonies, and industry interaction sessions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and community organizations to support student recruitment and collaboration.
- Track and report on campus KPIs such as admissions, attendance, retention, and student satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management on operational planning and regular reporting.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of campus facilities and resources.
- Address and resolve concerns raised by students and trainers promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in educational administration, academic management, training coordination, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and experience managing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campus performance and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience managing educational institutes, training centers, or university programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with admissions processes, outreach activities, and student engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in coordinating seminars, workshops, and fostering industry partnerships.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Sidh, Kharian.
- Monthly salary range: Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
