In this role at Capital Agro Group, you will support the identification, analysis, and structuring of agricultural projects and investments for Cloverfields Capital. Your daily activities will include conducting market and risk analyses, preparing investment proposals, creating presentations and reports, and collaborating closely with internal departments as well as external partners. You will evaluate financial metrics, assist in portfolio monitoring, and contribute to the execution of transactions. Additionally, you will participate in internal coordination meetings and help advance strategies within the agricultural capital market. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Karachi Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification and structuring of agribusiness projects and investment opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market and risk analyses to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial key figures and contribute to portfolio monitoring activities.
- Assist in the execution and closing of investment transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
- Participate in internal strategy discussions and contribute ideas for the development of agrarian capital market approaches.
Required Qualifications
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a confident understanding of financial data.
- Proficiency in common office and analytical tools such as Excel and presentation software.
- Genuine interest in agricultural markets, sustainable investments, and capital market structures, with a willingness to deepen expertise in specialized topics.
- Structured, careful, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to take responsibility and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good command of English is advantageous.
- Practical experience in finance, agriculture, or consulting projects is desirable.
