Captain - A320

We are seeking experienced pilots to join our Flight Operations team based at Islamabad Airport. The ideal candidates will have extensive recent experience flying the Airbus A320 and possess all necessary certifications and medical clearances. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and adherence to regulatory standards. Successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights while maintaining compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus A320 aircraft in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct pre-flight planning, including reviewing weather conditions, flight plans, and aircraft status.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight.
- Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of flight hours, incidents, and operational reports.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and proficiency checks to maintain operational readiness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Bachelor’s qualification.
- Minimum of 1000 flight hours on the Airbus A320 aircraft.
- Valid Class-1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid Instrument Rating.
- Recent operational experience on the Airbus A320 within the last 12 months.
- No history of accidents or incidents.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- A320 Type Rating endorsed on the pilot’s license.
