Captain - A320

We are seeking experienced and qualified pilots to join our Flight Operations team based at Karachi Airport. The ideal candidates will have extensive operational experience on the Airbus A320 aircraft and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and professionalism. This role requires pilots who are current with their flying hours, hold all necessary certifications, and possess excellent communication skills in English. Successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient flight operations while adhering to all regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus A320 aircraft in compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety during all phases of flight.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay current with operational procedures and participate in ongoing training programs.
- Report any incidents or irregularities promptly and accurately.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding this qualification.
- Minimum of 1000 flight hours on the Airbus A320 aircraft.
- Valid Class-1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid Instrument Rating.
- Recent operational experience on the Airbus A320 within the last 12 months.
- No history of accidents or incidents.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- A320 Type Rating endorsed on the pilot’s license.
