Captain - A320

We are seeking experienced and qualified pilots to join our Flight Operations team at MUX Airport. The ideal candidates will have extensive hands-on experience flying the Airbus A320, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. This role requires recent operational experience and valid certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus A320 aircraft in accordance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Ensure safe and efficient flight operations, adhering to all standard operating procedures.
- Maintain situational awareness and respond effectively to any in-flight emergencies or irregularities.
- Collaborate closely with the flight crew and ground operations to ensure smooth and timely departures and arrivals.
- Participate in ongoing training and proficiency checks to maintain operational readiness and compliance.
- Uphold the company’s safety culture by reporting any incidents or safety concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding this qualification.
- A minimum of 1000 flight hours on the Airbus A320 aircraft.
- Possession of a valid Class-1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid Instrument Rating to operate under instrument flight rules.
- Recent operational experience on the Airbus A320 within the last 12 months.
- No history of accidents or incidents in previous flying experience.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Airbus A320 Type Rating must be endorsed on the pilot’s license.
