Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using both manual techniques and advanced diagnostic tools.
- Accurately complete service orders while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to service advisors to facilitate effective customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support efficient workshop operations.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of automotive systems such as engine, transmission, braking, suspension, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical documentation to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle problems.
- Skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic repairs.
- High attention to detail when inspecting vehicles, documenting work performed, and following safety standards.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with service advisors, colleagues, and occasionally customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment, managing multiple service tasks and prioritizing workloads efficiently.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
