Care Management Consultant

We are seeking motivated individuals with strong communication skills to begin their careers in a client-facing, sales-oriented role within the US healthcare sector. This position involves outbound voice calls, where the primary objective is to engage prospects, assess their interest, and support the sales process. The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM Pakistan Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects based in the United States.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to introduce healthcare-related services.
- Qualify leads by gauging interest and relevance to the services offered.
- Perform timely and consistent follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Support the sales process from initial outreach to creating qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, including call logs and reporting data.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Confidence in handling live calls and conversations.
- Willingness to work in a cold-calling and sales-driven environment.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain consistent and professional when handling rejection.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts is a plus but not required.
