Caregiver Recruiter – U.S. Home Care Agency

SRK Care at Home, based in Maryland, USA, is looking to hire an experienced Caregiver Recruiter to join our team remotely from Pakistan. This full-time role requires working hours that overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting caregivers, excellent communication skills with U.S.-based candidates, and the ability to manage the hiring process efficiently from initial contact through onboarding. Experience recruiting caregivers from Pakistan for U.S. positions is highly valued. Please note that all candidates must meet the necessary requirements to work in the United States, as this role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified caregivers and other home care candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and direct outreach methods.
- Conduct phone or video screenings to assess applicants’ experience, availability, location, communication skills, and interest in the caregiver roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the U.S. hiring team, maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Verify candidate references and assist with certification checks, background screenings, and completion of onboarding documentation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidates, providing regular updates on open positions and recruitment progress.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future caregiver staffing needs.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in hiring caregivers or healthcare professionals for U.S. employers.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based candidates and manage recruitment activities across different time zones.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and conducting virtual interviews.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with U.S. caregiver hiring requirements and regulations is an advantage.
