Our client, Hamdard Pakistan, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier and Inventory Coordinator to join their team at FR Peshawar. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and hold a graduate degree. This role involves managing cash transactions with accuracy while overseeing the storage and organization of inventory. The position requires a high level of integrity and responsibility, as the individual will handle both cash and store items. The candidate must be capable of working independently, maintaining organized records, and coordinating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth procurement and stock replenishment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely during daily sales activities.
- Maintain detailed records of all cash inflows and outflows to ensure transparency.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in procurement to manage store inventory effectively.
- Organize stock within the store to allow easy access and minimize risk of damage or loss.
- Conduct regular stock-taking exercises and reconcile any discrepancies found.
- Ensure the storage area remains clean, safe, and compliant with all safety guidelines.
- Assist in preparing reports related to sales, stock levels, and cash flow for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate supply chain activities and timely stock replenishment.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and inventory control.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to store products.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in cash handling and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness in handling cash and store items.
