CASHIER (FEMALE)

We are seeking a responsible, honest, and customer-friendly female Cashier to join our Electronics & Crockery Mart located in BufferZone, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing excellent service while efficiently managing billing and payment processes in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary and requires a candidate who can work flexible hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Receive and process cash and digital payments.
- Maintain precise cash records and ensure all transactions are documented correctly.
- Assist customers with any payment-related queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage daily cash closing procedures and prepare reports accordingly.
- Keep the cash counter clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Ensure all billing and transaction records are accurate and up to date.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Matriculation qualification.
- Basic computer skills to operate POS and billing software.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a retail environment.
- Age between 18 to 25 years.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience as a cashier or familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 28,000.
- Work schedule includes Monday to Saturday from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Employees receive two Fridays off per month, with two additional Fridays as half days (3:30 PM to 10:00 PM).
- The role requires in-person attendance at the store location in BufferZone, Karachi.
