Cashier (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at our store located in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. This full-time position involves managing customer transactions efficiently while providing excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payments, maintaining accurate pricing, and supporting customers with any inquiries or concerns during their visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Scan goods and verify pricing to ensure correctness.
- Collect payments through cash or credit methods.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and provide change as needed.
- Promote products by cross-selling and introducing new items to customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, offering guidance and relevant information.
- Greet customers warmly upon entering and leaving the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area to create a welcoming environment.

Required Qualifications
- Basic numeracy skills to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliability and punctuality for a full-time role.
