We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Cashier to join our team and contribute to maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using the POS system.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient cash register area.
- Process returns and exchanges promptly and accurately.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
- Support inventory management and assist with other store tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Good Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to create a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Cash Management Skills: Experience handling cash and operating POS systems with a strong attention to detail to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Previous experience in a cashier role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000 per month.
