As a Category Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations. This position involves applying analytical skills and business insight to influence key decisions that drive brand success. You will be at the heart of supply chain operations, working on projects that enhance process efficiency and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Consumer Promotion activities, update the Statistical Forecast model, and oversee planning for imported finished goods and freight forwarding.
- Analyze historical sales trends and demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and develop statistical models for both long-term and short-term forecasting.
- Collaborate with the commercial organization to ensure compliance with the Sales and Operations Planning process, maintaining service levels and inventory targets.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery service while reducing costs and inventory.
- Maintain strong supply connectivity through effective partnership with factories, promptly highlighting gaps and proposing mitigation plans.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to align and monitor supply and production plans, ensuring optimal inventory levels and Weeks of Cover.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, particularly in guiding commercial teams toward realistic forecasting.
- Adhere to the defined operating model within the planning organization to ensure smooth process flow.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in planning within an FMCG environment is preferred.
