CCTV Operator

We are looking for a dependable CCTV Operator to join our team at the Karachi site. This role involves monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time observation of CCTV feeds, reporting any incidents promptly, and maintaining detailed security logs. Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds and recording systems to detect any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Review recorded footage and export video clips as needed for investigations or management requests.
- Report security incidents promptly to the control room and onsite security supervisor to facilitate quick response.
- Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare daily shift reports to document security activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of cameras and recording equipment, escalating technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or equivalent. A technical certification in CCTV or surveillance systems is considered an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience operating CCTV systems in industrial, commercial, or security environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with DVR/NVR systems, camera operation, and basic video export procedures.
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to stay alert throughout shifts.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and comply with background verification processes.
- Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with additional technical certifications or extended experience in security monitoring will be given preference. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs54,000 per month, along with shift allowances.
