Job Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras continuously to ensure the security of premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
- Monitor the delivery system, including delivery vehicles, loading and unloading activities, and dispatch operations.
- Identify and immediately report suspicious activities, security breaches, or unusual incidents to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, delivery movements, and any security-related observations.
- Ensure CCTV cameras and monitoring equipment are functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Review and provide CCTV footage when required and authorized by management.
- Ensure proper handover of duties and communicate pending issues to the next shift operator.
- Perform duties in 8-hour rotational shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts as per the assigned schedule.
- Follow company security procedures, confidentiality requirements, and management instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge and CCTV monitoring skills.
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
- Ability to identify and report unusual activities promptly.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Key Requirement The CCTV Operator must ensure continuous surveillance of security and delivery operations and promptly report any irregularities to the concerned department.
