This full-time, on-site CCTV Operator position is based in Multan. The primary responsibility is to monitor live and recorded camera feeds to detect unusual or suspicious activities and report incidents promptly following established protocols. The operator will maintain accurate logs, document events, and communicate effectively with security staff and management as needed. Ensuring the proper functioning of all surveillance equipment, reporting technical issues, and supporting routine checks and audits of video footage are essential parts of the role. The CCTV Operator must also comply with privacy, safety, and security guidelines while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor during both routine operations and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor multiple live and recorded CCTV feeds to identify and report suspicious or unusual activities promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all observations and incidents in accordance with company protocols.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with security personnel and management to coordinate responses and share critical information.
- Conduct routine checks on surveillance equipment to ensure functionality and report any technical malfunctions immediately.
- Support audits and reviews of recorded footage as required by security procedures.
- Adhere strictly to privacy, safety, and security guidelines while performing all duties.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and composure during both routine monitoring and emergency situations.

Required Qualifications

- Strong observational skills with the ability to monitor multiple camera feeds attentively.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and control room operations.
- Ability to follow security procedures, incident reporting protocols, and documentation standards accurately.
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with security teams and management.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during urgent or stressful situations.
- Comfortable using computers and video management software, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Minimum secondary school education.
