We are currently seeking a Certification Technologist to join our team and support our proctoring services by ensuring the integrity and smooth administration of various certification exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proctor a range of tests for both external and internal clients, maintaining strict adherence to testing protocols.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all testing materials, logs, and related documents.
- Vigilantly monitor examinations to prevent cheating and enforce rules effectively.
- Document any incidents of cheating or dishonesty to support disciplinary processes.
- Manage inventory and ordering of exam materials on an ongoing basis.
- Assist students requiring special accommodations, such as reading assistance, scribing, or providing a suitable testing environment.
- Accurately enter student details into designated software, verify information, and code records for reporting purposes.
- Report any rule violations or unusual occurrences during examinations promptly.
- Work a five-day week with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a community college setting, particularly within student services, is advantageous.
