This role is responsible for leading the mortgage distribution strategy to drive business growth across multiple channels. The incumbent will focus on achieving sustainable portfolio expansion, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals. Accountability includes managing channel performance, fostering strategic partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding strong governance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the mortgage channel strategy to meet business, revenue, and portfolio growth objectives. Drive mortgage sales, customer acquisition, loan disbursements, and profitability across assigned channels. Build and nurture relationships with developers, direct sales agents (DSAs), real estate partners, corporates, and other referral networks. Lead channel performance through effective sales management, productivity tracking, and strategic business planning. Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve turnaround times, and enhance the overall customer experience. Identify market opportunities and launch initiatives to increase market share and business growth. Champion process improvements and operational excellence throughout the mortgage sales lifecycle. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and internal governance standards. Develop and mentor channel teams to strengthen capabilities and drive high performance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is essential. Candidates with a Master’s degree will have an advantage. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, secured lending, and retail banking practices is required. Proven experience in mortgage sales, home finance, secured lending, retail banking, or consumer banking is necessary. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, portfolio expansion, and revenue delivery is expected. Experience managing distribution channels, business partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies is critical. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are essential. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and business development capabilities are required. Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage change effectively is vital. A solid understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks within financial services is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
