Chat Based Sales Representative

We are seeking experienced Chat Sales Representatives to join our team for a US Design Campaign. In this role, you will engage with US-based clients through live chat, understand their design needs, and successfully close sales for logo design, website design, and branding services. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections effectively, and a focus on converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via live chat and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Clearly present and pitch various design packages and services to prospective customers.
- Manage objections and negotiate deals directly through chat interactions.
- Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all chats and sales activities within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in chat-based sales targeting the US market.
- Prior experience specifically in selling design services is essential.
- Excellent written English skills combined with a fast typing speed.
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities to effectively finalize sales.
- Willingness and ability to work during US night shifts.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs90,000. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location.
