Chat based Sales Representative

HR Blend is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Discord Chat Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for fresh candidates who are eager to begin a career in sales and develop strong communication and customer service skills. As part of the team, you will engage with potential customers through Discord and other chat platforms, identify their needs, and introduce them to relevant creative and IT services. This position provides hands-on experience in online sales, customer interaction, and lead management within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with potential customers via Discord and other chat platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate creative and IT services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining engaging and professional conversations.
- Follow up with interested leads to nurture and convert sales opportunities.
- Apply learned sales techniques to generate revenue and build lasting customer relationships.
- Manage conversations clearly and professionally, ensuring concise written communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing campaigns and enhance negotiation skills.

Job Details:
- Location: North Nazimabad Block F, Karachi
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Night Shift
- Salary Range: Rs25,000 to Rs80,000 per month
