The role requires working on-site with designated shifts based on gender: female employees will work from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, while male employees will have a shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, with additional working hours on the last two Saturdays of each month.
