Chat Sales Executive

HR Blend is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Chat Sales Executives. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start a career in sales through chat-based communication. The position involves engaging with potential customers via digital platforms, providing product information, and driving sales. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop their communication skills, gain valuable sales experience, and grow professionally within a supportive environment. This is an in-person role based in North Nazimabad, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Attractive earning potential is offered, including a base salary and commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with potential customers through chat and other digital platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
- Promote company products or services to generate sales and meet targets.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Work consistently towards achieving sales goals and improving individual performance.
