Chat Support Agent - Night Shift

Zyltech Digital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Chat Support Agents to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role involves managing live chat inquiries during the night shift, assisting potential customers by providing accurate information about our products and services, and converting leads into loyal clients. The working hours for this role are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech Digital’s products and services.
- Promote company offerings and successfully close sales through chat interactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Maintain a fixed night shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively via chat.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining productivity.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and lead conversion strategies.
