Chat support executive

We are seeking a professional, punctual, and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through various online platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries. This role requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other online chat platforms.
- Assist customers with order confirmation and order processing, ensuring all details are accurately handled.
- Handle a high volume of customer queries while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the logistics and courier teams to resolve any delivery or shipment-related issues.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain punctuality and discipline in daily work routines to support team and company goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of Intermediate.
- Proven experience in chat support or customer service roles.
- Strong command of WhatsApp, social media platforms, and online chat tools.
- Good understanding of order confirmation and order processing procedures.
- Knowledge of courier and logistics operations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of customer interactions.
- Strong punctuality, discipline, and a professional work ethic are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- This is a full-time, onsite position located in North Nazimabad E Block.
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Competitive salary range of 40,000 to 50,000 PKR, commensurate with experience.
