Chat Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our team for the evening shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across various digital platforms, including WhatsApp and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accurate records and supporting sales efforts. The position is based on-site in Garden Town, Lahore, with a fixed shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, working six days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and other digital communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, providing clear and accurate information about services, pricing, and processes.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on potential sales leads to support business growth.
- Maintain detailed customer records and prepare daily chat reports to track interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in chat support, customer service, or online sales.
- Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Good typing speed and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Meta Business Suite platforms.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and weekly off schedules.

Job Details:
- Location: Garden Town, Lahore (On-site)
- Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month
- Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Working Days: Six days per week
- Weekly Off: One weekday (note that Sunday is a working day)
