Chat support - Fresh intermediate

This is a permanent, full-time chat support position based at the company’s official branch located in Gulberg 3, Lahore. The role is ideal for freshers or candidates with intermediate education seeking an opportunity to work onsite in a professional environment. The successful candidate will join the dedicated team responsible for data entry and chat support tasks at the head office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite work at the Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively within the team and with clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry.
- Exhibit proficient typing skills to handle chat support and data-related tasks.
- Navigate and browse the web confidently to support daily work requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of intermediate (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- No prior experience is necessary, as training and support will be provided.
- Ability to reliably commute to or plan relocation to Lahore before starting work is preferred.
