Chat Support Representative

Douxl Technologies is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Representative (Chat) to join our team for UAE-based projects. This full-time, on-site position is based in Lahore at PGECHS Phase II, College Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer invoicing and billing processes. The role requires strong English communication skills, a minimum of three years’ experience in chat support, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Candidates must be adaptable to rotational shifts, including night and weekend work, and should be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding products, services, pricing, and invoices.
- Prepare, process, and share customer invoices with precision.
- Maintain detailed customer records, billing information, and support reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in live chat customer support.
- Excellent English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing customer invoices and billing processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
