Chat Support / Sales

A dynamic software house specializing in graphic designing and development services for international clients is looking to hire motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Chat Support / Sales Officers. This position is based onsite in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, offering a professional work environment with a strong focus on growth and interaction with global clients. The role primarily involves chat-based communication, with no calling or dialing responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who prefer written engagement and want to develop their skills in a client-facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chat support and sales assistance to international clients through various social media platforms.
- Manage client inquiries and support requests efficiently via chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Promote and sell graphic design services while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities for reporting and follow-up purposes.

Required Qualifications:
- Male candidates aged between 18 and 26 years.
- Education level ranging from Matriculation to Intermediate, with preference given to those currently pursuing undergraduate studies.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media platforms for communication and client engagement.
- Strong written communication skills to effectively interact with international clients.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; however, prior experience in chat support or sales within a design or software services environment will be an advantage.
