A new premium restaurant opening in DHA, Karachi is seeking an experienced Arab / Middle Eastern Chef to lead the kitchen. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 150,000 to 200,000 per month. The ideal candidate will bring authentic Arabic culinary expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality Middle Eastern cuisine in a dynamic and growing establishment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes, including shawarma, manakeesh (manakish), and broast.
- Develop and maintain authentic sauces, marinades, and side dishes that reflect Middle Eastern culinary traditions.
- Ensure consistent taste, portion sizes, and presentation standards across all menu items.
- Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to uphold quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to establishing the restaurant’s kitchen operations and menu development.

Required Qualifications
- Must be Arab or have an authentic Arabic culinary background.
- Currently based in Karachi.
- Proficient in speaking Arabic.
- Strong hands-on experience in preparing shawarma, manakeesh/manakish, broast, and related Middle Eastern dishes.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment.
- Solid knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Ability to train and supervise kitchen personnel effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Jordanian, Saudi, or other Middle Eastern restaurants is highly preferred.
