Chief Engineer (Fixed Wing) & CAMO Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer (Fixed Wing) & CAMO Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role is within the business aviation and aircraft maintenance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fixed-wing aircraft maintenance, ensuring continuing airworthiness, managing fleet availability, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance in line with PCAA regulations and OEM standards. This position demands a strong leader with extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in aircraft maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of fixed-wing aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Ensure full compliance with PCAA ANO-145, ANO-M, Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), and OEM requirements.
- Manage maintenance planning activities, maintain accurate technical records, and monitor aircraft serviceability.
- Monitor and implement Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Supervise and lead maintenance engineers, technicians, and production planning teams to achieve maintenance objectives.
- Coordinate with external Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organizations, verifying maintenance documentation and Certificates of Release to Service (CRS).
- Ensure adherence to Safety Management Systems (SMS) and uphold aviation quality standards throughout maintenance operations.

Required Qualifications

- Valid PCAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) License (B1/B2) with relevant fixed-wing aircraft type ratings.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, including at least 5 years in a Chief Engineer, CAMO Manager, or senior supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of PCAA regulations including ANO-145, ANO-M, MOE, Maintenance Control Manual (MCM), and aircraft maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintenance planning, airworthiness compliance, team leadership, and coordination with MRO providers.
