The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Alpha Code Global will provide visionary leadership and set the strategic direction for the organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and proprietary methodology. This full-time, on-site position based in Nowshera requires overseeing daily operations, guiding senior leadership teams, and making critical decisions related to business development, client engagement, and resource management. The CEO will work closely with teams across web development, marketing, design, and advisory services to uphold quality standards, foster innovation, and support the growth of the company’s portfolio. Additionally, the CEO will represent the organization externally, manage stakeholder relationships, monitor financial performance, and cultivate a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall strategic leadership and set organizational direction in line with the company’s mission and methodology.
- Oversee daily operations and guide senior leadership to ensure effective execution of business objectives.
- Lead business development initiatives and manage key client relationships to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in web development, marketing, design, and advisory services to maintain high-quality deliverables and innovation.
- Represent the company in external engagements and manage expectations of stakeholders.
