Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the overall Finance & Accounts function of the company. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives. Manage all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to taxation laws, statutory requirements, and applicable accounting standards. Monitor project-wise financial performance, controlling costs, budgets, and profitability to support sound decision-making. Review and approve financial transactions, payments, reconciliations, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions. Establish and enhance internal financial controls and risk management procedures to safeguard company assets. Provide management with precise financial analysis and actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team to build a high-performing department. Ensure timely completion of annual audits, tax returns, and statutory filings. Oversee working capital management, including receivables, payables, and the overall financial position of the company.
Required Qualifications
CA qualification from a recognized professional body is mandatory. Candidates should possess 10 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Proven expertise in financial management, taxation, budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting is essential.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience within the construction or infrastructure industry is highly desirable. Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills are important for success in this role. Proficiency in accounting or ERP software and advanced skills in MS Excel will be advantageous.
