Al-Hamd International Container Terminal is seeking a disciplined and proactive Chief Security Officer to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and the terminal premises. This role demands a security-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse security team while maintaining high standards of operational integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all security operations at the terminal, ensuring a safe environment for all stakeholders.
- Supervise security personnel, including guards and supervisors, to maintain effective performance and discipline.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security procedures, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor access control points, including entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
- Coordinate with CCTV, Operations, Administration, and other relevant departments to address security issues and incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and investigations into breaches or suspicious activities.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and escalation of security incidents to senior management.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other authorities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Retired Pakistan Army Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of an appropriate equivalent rank, or a Police Inspector.
- Proven experience in security management, preferably within port, terminal, industrial, or corporate environments.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage security personnel effectively, handle emergencies, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in report writing, coordination, and incident management.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Computer skills are considered an added advantage.
