Child specialist (Peditrician)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Paediatrician to join our healthcare facility located in Bahria Town, Lahore. This part-time, share-based position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality primary care to pediatric patients. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions while ensuring full compliance with Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) standards. Experience in a structured clinic or private hospital setting is preferred to help maintain the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient (OPD) consultations, accurately diagnosing illnesses and prescribing appropriate treatments.
- Perform primary physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Identify complex cases and coordinate referrals to on-site or external specialists when advanced care is required.
- Maintain meticulous, confidential, and well-structured patient health records, either electronically or in physical form.
- Strictly adhere to PHC Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS), including guidelines on prescription writing, safety protocols, and infection control measures.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a PM&DC-recognized institution.
- FCPS or MCPS certification is mandatory.
- Valid and active PM&DC (now PMC) Registration Certificate.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
- A patient-centric and empathetic approach to healthcare delivery.
