Chiller pick up Driver

Hi-G Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and experienced Chiller Van / Chiller Pickup Driver to join our logistics team in Lahore, Punjab. The primary role involves safely transporting fresh meat and other temperature-sensitive supplies from the Head Office to various company branches. The driver will be tasked with early-morning deliveries to branches located in Lahore, Kamoki, Daska, and Gujrat, ensuring that all chilled products are handled with care and maintained under proper temperature conditions throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and responsibly operate the company’s chiller van or pickup vehicle.
- Collect fresh meat and other chilled supplies from the Head Office early each morning.
- Deliver supplies to designated Hi-G Foods branches according to the daily delivery schedule.
- Follow delivery routes including Lahore, Kamoki, Daska, and Gujrat.
- Ensure all products are transported under appropriate chilled conditions to maintain quality and safety.
- Handle meat crates and boxes carefully during loading and unloading to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle and loading areas at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections, including checks on fuel, tires, brakes, lights, and refrigeration/chiller systems.
- Keep accurate delivery records, trip sheets, and all required documentation.
- Adhere strictly to assigned routes and delivery timings.
- Report any issues related to the vehicle, refrigeration, delivery, or product handling immediately to the supervisor.
- Comply with all company safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures.
- Perform additional transportation-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Valid LTV or HTV driving license applicable to the vehicle being operated.
- Previous experience driving chiller or refrigerated vehicles, or commercial pickups/vans, is preferred.
- Familiarity with delivery and distribution routes in Lahore, Kamoki, Daska, and Gujrat is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual loading and unloading tasks.
- Willingness to work early-morning shifts consistently.
- Good communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with supervisors and branch staff.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- 2 to 3 years of professional driving experience, especially in food, meat, FMCG, cold-chain, or distribution operations.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000 per month, based on experience and driving skills.
- Use of a company vehicle for all assigned deliveries.

This position requires in-person attendance and commitment to maintaining the integrity of cold-chain delivery services, which may operate up to Daska depending on the daily distribution plan. Candidates must demonstrate reliability and a strong focus on safety and hygiene to support Hi-G Foods’ quality standards.
