Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, or BPO operations, preferably within U.S. healthcare or medical billing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with polished phone and email etiquette tailored to U.S. professionals.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ticketing systems, along with familiarity in healthcare software and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
