Circular Knitting Machine Operator

We are seeking experienced Circular Knitting Machine Operators (Male) to join our gloves manufacturing division. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating circular knitting machines within the textile industry. Our facility operates a variety of machines, including 15 Gauge (LYK, Pai Lung), 17 Gauge (Orizo), 18 Gauge (LYK, Fokohara, Pai Lung), 19 Gauge (Pai Lung), and 24 Gauge (Pai Lung, Fokohara). Candidates familiar with these machine types and gauges will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor circular knitting machines efficiently to meet production goals.
- Set and adjust machine parameters based on production requirements and product specifications.
- Maintain consistent production quality and optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure minimal yarn wastage through careful machine handling.
- Adhere to production targets and maintain quality standards throughout the process.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and the production team to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Matriculation.
- Proven experience in operating circular knitting machines or working within the textile manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of knitting machine operations, including gauge settings and yarn adjustments.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as per production demands.
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working specifically with gloves or socks manufacturing machines is advantageous.
- Familiarity with gauges such as 15G, 17G, 18G, 19G, or 24G is preferred.
- Ability to independently set and adjust machine parameters, yarn settings, and troubleshoot basic issues to reduce downtime and waste.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs60,000 based on experience and skills.
- Work location is on-site, requiring physical presence at the manufacturing facility.
