Civil Engineer estimator

Sky Rise, Inc., a USA-based construction firm with a back office located in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our team. We specialize in construction projects and are not an estimating service provider. We require three dedicated candidates to work from our Lahore office with a minimum commitment of 15 months. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are looking for an on-site role and have hands-on experience with PlanSwift or Bluebeam software. Candidates with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, preferably from UET or NED, are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Perform detailed project estimation using PlanSwift or Bluebeam software.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of engineering solutions.
- Analyze project requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management and estimation.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift or Bluebeam software for project estimation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant professional certifications and licenses in civil engineering are preferred.
