Civil Engineer

HH Construct Craft, a reputable construction company based in Multan, specializes in delivering turnkey residential and commercial projects, including Buch Villas and DHA Multan. We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee our active construction sites and provide daily progress updates to the office. This role involves regular site visits across Multan and close coordination with site teams to ensure quality and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to all active sites to verify work compliance with structural drawings and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Inspect the quality of steel reinforcement, shuttering, concrete pours, brickwork, and finishing works.
- Coordinate effectively with site supervisors, contractors, and laborers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor material usage closely, identifying and reporting any shortages or wastage promptly.
- Capture progress photographs and prepare concise daily reports to be submitted at the office by 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. or B.E.), with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration preferred.
- Fresh graduates or engineers with 1 to 2 years of practical site experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
- Willingness and ability to travel between multiple project sites within Multan.
- Proficient communication skills in Urdu, with basic English writing skills for report preparation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Working hours involve site visits from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including breaks, followed by a daily progress update meeting at the office located opposite BZU on Bosan Road.
- Fridays are designated as weekly off days.
- The starting salary is PKR 40,000 per month for the initial two months, increasing to PKR 50,000 per month from the third month onward.
- Salary increments will be considered as the company expands its project portfolio.
