Civil Engineer

Saif Group (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead and supervise construction projects at their Peshawar site. The successful candidate will play a critical role in turning project plans into durable structures by overseeing all phases of construction. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities and ensure progress aligns with project plans and schedules.
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements, collaborating with consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, inspections, and enforce quality control procedures.
- Assist in project planning, progress reporting, and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and other departments to meet site requirements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, project specifications, and health and safety standards.
- Identify potential delays, risks, or site issues and propose practical, timely solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably within construction or real estate development sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, materials, quality control, and site coordination.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly with project teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is considered an advantage.
