Telerelation is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our Islamabad office. The successful candidate will oversee civil infrastructure projects, primarily focusing on roads, highways, sidewalks, and related infrastructure. With over five years of civil project management experience, the ideal professional will demonstrate strong skills in project planning, cost control, scheduling, and client coordination. This role involves understanding project requirements, managing execution, monitoring progress, controlling labor, and collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil infrastructure projects from initial planning and estimation through to execution and completion.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Identify and address project risks, delays, and cost issues to support timely resolution.
- Track project scope, changes, deliverables, and overall performance.
- Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare regular progress and status reports for stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, scope documents, and project requirements thoroughly.
- Estimate quantities for concrete, reinforcement/rebar, asphalt, paving, sidewalks, earthwork, and other civil works.
- Assist with bid preparation, pricing, and tender documentation.
- Compare estimated quantities and costs with actual project requirements to identify discrepancies.
- Support cost tracking and highlight variations between estimated and actual expenses.
- Review civil and structural drawings to understand technical requirements.
- Coordinate technical aspects with engineering and project teams.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to the project team.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization.
- Identify potential schedule or cost overruns and assist in developing recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in civil project management.
- Proven experience with roads, highways, concrete, sidewalks, paving, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods and project execution processes.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, reinforcement, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimating tools.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for scheduling.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and cost control skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Experience working with international clients and remote project teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US-based or international civil infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with US construction standards, DOT specifications, or highway projects.
- Experience in construction estimating and takeoff for US-based projects.
- Knowledge of ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, or similar construction standards.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.
